Meridian Manage is operated by SM-Stratagem. We built the platform because the tools we used to manage Dubai portfolios didn't speak the language.

Why we built this

Dubai property management runs on cheques, Ejari, Civil Defence inspections, bilingual notices and stakeholder relationships that don’t fit a generic leasing CRM. The platforms we’d been using were translated and retrofitted — never built around the operational reality.

Meridian Manage is the platform we wished existed: Dubai-first workflows, true bilingual EN/AR, owner/tenant/vendor portals, and compliance scoring out of the box.

Who we are

SM-Stratagem is a Dubai-based software studio building operational tools for property, hospitality and infrastructure operators across the GCC.

What we believe

Local workflows beat global templates.
Bilingual is a baseline, not a translation pass.
