Terms of service

The terms under which SM-Stratagem provides Meridian Manage to its customers.

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your use of Meridian Manage (the “Service”) provided by SM-Stratagem (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Meridian Manage is a bilingual property management platform for Dubai portfolios. It provides modules for properties, tenancies, maintenance, vendors, documents, compliance and stakeholder portals. Features may evolve; we will give reasonable notice before any materially adverse change.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
  • You are responsible for the access you grant to your team, owners, tenants and vendors.
  • You must protect your credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, including no use that violates UAE law.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing of access controls.
  • No upload of malicious code or content infringing third-party rights.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to operate the Service. See our Privacy policy for handling details.

6. Fees

Fees are agreed in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in AED and exclude VAT. Late payment may suspend access.

7. Term and termination

The subscription continues for the term in your order form. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach with 30 days’ notice. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted (subject to legal retention obligations).

8. Warranties

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise the Service is provided “as is” without other warranties.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party’s total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
